The product

Structured firm data plus one tender document, out comes the submission. Three deliverables from the same engine.

Deck Built

The report's output

The deck's input is the report's output, so it is one plan rendered several ways rather than three separate tools. The deck is finished because it starts from a report someone already wrote — which is also why it is the easiest of the three, and why the proposal is the one worth paying for.

How a bid gets made

  1. 1EligibilityBuiltYour registrations against the tender's, from the free notice. Before you pay for the document.
  2. 2Buy the tender documentNot usRM 50–100, usually collected in person. Scan it, upload it.
  3. 3Requirements and marksNextEvery requirement, which form answers it, what it scores.
  4. 4Experience and CVsNextProjects filtered and CVs re-ordered for this brief. The 40–70 marks, retrieved from your records rather than written.
  5. 5Methodology draftLaterThe only section a machine writes. Last, because it is hardest to check.
  6. 6Export to WordLaterYou edit, print, submit. Submission is physical — there is no upload.

Setup, once

  2. BConfirm what was foundNothing is stored until a person accepts it.
  3. CYour firm databaseReused by every bid after this one. The generator is what finally makes anyone keep it current.

What gets built, and how we will know

Each phase has a test that can fail. A phase without one gets declared finished whether it works or not.

  1. 0Eligibility gateBuiltTwenty verdicts, and you disagree with none.
  2. 1Firm databaseIn progressA CV we re-order beats the one you assembled by hand.
  3. 2Requirements and retrievalLaterReproduce a bid you already submitted, rated equal or better.
  4. 3Variant engineThe wedgeSeven submissions from one brief, differing only where they should.
  5. 4Methodology draftingLaterYou edit the draft rather than rewriting it.
  6. 5Report and deckDeck builtDeck: done — any report .docx becomes an on-brand deck, every figure traced back to the source. Report: not started.

Two rules it will not break

Facts retrieved, never invented

Certifications, contract values, client names — pulled from confirmed records and placed in the form. An invented credential in a government submission is misrepresentation, not a bug.

Missing data says so

A third of notices leave the qualification field blank. It answers unknown — go and check rather than guessing you ineligible for work you could have won.
